10-Year Warranty Policy for Vittelo Belts
Warranty Coverage
At Vittelo, we stand by the quality and durability of our craftsmanship. That’s why we provide a 10-year warranty on all our belts. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use throughout the warranty period.
Duration of Coverage
The warranty is valid for 10 years from the original purchase date.
What We Will Do
If a defect occurs and a valid claim is made within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the product at no cost using new or refurbished parts; or

Replace the product with a new item or one that has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is functionally equivalent to the original; or

Provide a partial refund based on the remaining warranty period.

Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not caused by material or workmanship defects;

Improper use, care, or installation, or use outside the provided instructions;

External causes such as accidents, fire, water damage, theft, or poor storage conditions.
Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another owner.
Other Conditions
The warranty is void if the product has been altered, tampered with, or returned with damaged or removed labels or components.
